Looks like we’ve been denied this simple pleasure for the first time in 75 years! That’s the last time when January was snow-less in New York, according to meteorological reports. But as I recall correctly, last time we had really hard-core snow storm was in February of 2006 (the only way I remember is because it was a Sunday, February 12th and I chose that day to move from Queens to Manhattan. Needless to say, I had to cancel my U-Haul truck and wait till Monday). It was probably one of the few days in Times Square when traffic wasn’t bad at all (another day? when they were shooting that famous scene for “Vanilla Sky”, back when Tom Cruise was still an actor, not a preacher).
Eh, those were the days!
